Provenance: possibly from the Aldrich bequest, although the earliest catalogue entry for the volume is by Hind in Archives 1717: 'The Queen's Epicedium. Set by Dr. Blow'.

Upright format, 320 x 205 mm. No trace remains of any early wrappers. Now within an early C20th binding of stiff card and vellum. No early shelfmark or bookplate. C19th shelfmark: K.4.50.
